a VERY good part of my yesterday was spent downtown Milwaukee at a memorial for Police Officers that have paid the ultimate price for our safety.
Over 67 officers in America have lost their lives already this year. Gov. Walker, Sherriff Clark, Milw Police Chief Flynn, GPD Chief Springob, South Milwaukee PD Chief and many others were there. It was incredible.
sitting there listening to some of these impassioned voices sharing the hurt of fallen friends I could feel a call to prayer.
we will be@elim praying for our police departments from noon – 6 today (I’ll be there from noon-3) and also from 9am – 9pm on the 19th of this month. (National Police week May 15-21) Of course, we would be honored if you’d be able to stop by, even if only, for a few minutes. sometime this month, stop an officer and let them know that you have been at a prayer meeting especially for them. How about today?
Our Police Officers risk EVERYTHING everyday – please consider coming by and helping us hold them up in prayer -
